EvolvTrack: making complex health data editable and clear

The problem

People taking GLP-1 and GIP medications track changing doses alongside health, habits, wellness, and cost. That creates a dense, long-running record that still needs to work on a phone.

I designed the responsive product and marketing site, working directly with developers on information architecture, interface states, and implementation.

Edit in place without losing the row

I organized medication, health, habits, wellness, and cost with a medical-file structure. The key interaction lets people edit directly inside the record while the surrounding history stays visible.

People can schedule a future dose, record what they took, and correct existing fields from the same row. The interaction works on desktop and mobile.

Edit the row. Keep the record in view.Weight, wellness, symptoms, medication, and notes stay aligned as each field changes. The record remains easy to read throughout the edit.

Designed through implementation

I mapped flows, designed component states, reviewed builds, and revised the interface with developers as technical constraints surfaced. I stayed involved until the shipped experience worked as intended.

Outcome

The shipped product makes complicated health records easier to understand and edit. The live demo shows the full experience, and the recording focuses on its most important interaction.
